Excellent resource Mara! I would just like to mention that I learnt at medical school that Paracetamol inhibits COX-3 enzymes in order to alleviate pain.

We learned that too, but our professor also told us that it hasn't been 100% proven, so it's just like a 'plus' to learn

The continuum for analgesic strength is perfect for on the fly conversions. I remember getting asked about those a lot on rounds last year.
